MR 541 is a mix of timmy and alffy pellets. Adults can eat it but you have to monitor for sluggy fresh pee and weight gain.
In my case, my rabbits have no issues with eating it and have no problems with their weight either. Do ensure that you provide them a lot of timmy hay to help with the fibre bit.
